Overview
This group is a collaborative forum focused on improving interoperability between healthcare information systems through the coordinated use of established standards. It does this by enabling collaboration and knowledge sharing on IHE Integration Profiles, Technical Frameworks, and implementation practices that translate standards such as HL7 and DICOM into usable, interoperable solutions. This matters because healthcare organizations require reliable, standards‑based approaches to ensure information can be shared accurately and efficiently across systems, settings, and vendors.
Ultimately, this work helps participants reduce integration complexity and support more consistent, effective information exchange in clinical and operational environments.
