It does this by supporting coordination and knowledge sharing on analytic problem statements, strategies, technologies, skills, and practices related to turning health data into usable insights. This matters because increased investment in electronic health records, data repositories, and digital tools has shifted system needs from data collection toward effective, sustainable use of data for decision‑making and improvement.
